The Managing Director

Company founder and manager of Kuschel & Carlos is Diana Weidenfeld. She was born in Munich in 1976, is married and has 2 children. Since 2005 she has been certified as an attorney and since 2009 as an attorney for tax law. After studying law, she worked in a leading international tax  consultancy company. After the birth of her first child in 2009, she realized how important loving childcare is, in order to ensure parents can return to work. After the birth of her second child in 2012, she ventured into self-employment and realised her dream:

The Team

The key to the success of our establishment lies in the satisfaction and motivation of our employees.  Through their positive attitude they are able to build caring, close relationships with the children and parents, which is the basis for optimal development and growth. In the selection of our staff we attach great importance on integrity, on communicative and affectionate personalities that are open to other cultures and ways of life, and those who can identify with our vision and values. Groups will be led by state-certified teachers, supported by trained child-minders, trainees and other educational staff (as a rule: 3 - 4 staff/group). One caregiver per group speaks English as a mother tongue.
